Gosh, Ish...Not even May Day? Or Birthdays? Or the 4th of July? Boy, my life would be a good deal less interesting and exciting if I celebrated nothing. At the very least, I put the Flag up on Flag related holidays..... We love Christmas, not so much for gifts, but for the general good will we all feel...plus it seems to tie the generations together and bring friends by....Thanksgiving is always fun too...but this year, it may be just the two of us, as the kids and their children are celebrating with their other families....It will be a day for both of us to mellow out and just reflect on how fortunate we really are and remember all our blessings.....

Man, living in the North where you have snow and all I would find it very dismal to not have a Christmas tree and drink rum spiked egg nog with cinnimon topping. Heck, here in Fla. I always buy a real tree and turn the a/c down real low for Christmas. (gg) jdn

Thanksgiving, yah. That's the day to eat turkey with my son's family and whatever other family members are around. And of course watch the Cowboys play at home on TV.

And I usually hang out the flag on 7/4.

Other than that; nah.
