Ted, The reason you are worried is because you are in a market that is made up of extremes. I'm not as worried as you might think, but other than that, you hit the nail on the head. Why bias the extremes even further by providing more tax breaks for real estate? If land is at a premium, then the trend should be to take away the tax breaks, not add new ones. The only one you should have to worry about is the last one.......INTC transferring you out. Actually, the transfer to Irvine was voluntary for me, and only for personal reasons totally unrelated to work. Besides, I'm eyeing a few alternatives if Intel in Irvine should ever get closed down.
