<targeting Nokia and Broadcomm>

What are the chances that there has been nothing from Qualcomm to Nokia to negotiate terms for GPRS/EDGE ipr, and that there is no documentation to back it up?

How likely is it that Qualcomm fabricated bogus component shortages to manipulate 1x chipset appropriations and jack up their prices, as Broadcom has charged? Plenty of paper from suppliers to back up reality, no doubt.

Q might simply be picking off the ducks.
