Ted, Ten, there were extremes in the CA markets well before Clinton created the tax break.

That only supports my point further.


Clinton's tax break was not intended to minimize the effects of the free markets in CA. CA is one state albeit a big one. We can't run the gov't catering to its every need and whim. There were other reasons for the one time tax break created under Clinton and I think they are good ones.

Besides, its the housing boom that has made Bush's economic policies look good the past 5 years. Its about the only positive there has been during that time.
