Many, Keeping in touch with your children is very important, but living too close to them can be a problem. I know that a young married man, doesn't want his mother-in-law close enough to drop in whenever she chooses, and the son doesn't want his daddy telling him how the cow ate the cabbage.

The mobility of people these days, does separate families by great distances. Fortunately, the technical advances in ways to communicate, helps a lot.
