Shoot...It's hard enough to do business with any Government run agency...Yesterday, was Veterans Day. The Post Office was closed. Today is Saturday. The local small PO was closed. The larger one was open till noon. Rain, snow, sleet, or hail, the mail must go through. Inbetween coffee breaks, smoking breaks, lunch breaks, union breaks, Holiday breaks, vacation breaks, sick leave breaks, maternity, and paternity leave breaks, and I'm sure I missed a few. No wonder that UPS and email are taking over.
