I wouldn't call myself an "enthusiastic" user. I smoke pot on occasion. I also go through long periods of time that I don't smoke at all. Both would be my abbreviated answer. Speaking specifically of police, (who BTW I have a great deal of respect towards for the most part), it's not hard to see that the war on drugs occupies a large slice of their manpower and budgets when they could be dealing with more serious crimes. I don't like the position that we're putting them in since combating drug dealers is surely one of the most hazardous jobs they face. Too many police departments face corruption issues, not because police are bad but because of the huge sums of money available to bribe etc... I mean, cops are only human. Oh crap, I'm starting to ramble.
