Tide has insight into crime that none of us will ever know. If you are not aware of that I thought I would let you know... Drugs and alcohol have destroyed many, and harmed many. Many are able to consume them and not have significant problems. It is best not to consume any...that should be clear to all. There is not an absolute answer to this problem. I believe it is better to put distribution in the hands of honest well controlled public companies instead of gangs. I see the advantages in that as I mentioned before. I also see it helping our tax receipts...
