I know, Ish. But the field reports is that is not knocking them down. I think they got rid of the tumbling effect. Not sure of the reason, but perhaps they were afraid of the left's reaction to the nature of the wound. That's the reason they can't use a hollowpoint.

I think it's funny when they trot out the latest new and improved M16 round and says it excels the old M14 round...

My thought being, take that "old" M14 ball and tweak it a few billion dollars and thirty years...
