So in the end it does comes back to confidence and home equity of the main driver of all this which is the US consumer. The markets worldwide should be reflecting a coming housing crash then as it would greatly impact so much activity.

The differnce is their economies are not tied to housing but are rather tied to commodities which in turn are tied to China which in turn is tied to US housing and the US consumer.

Mish, what commodities come out of Britain?
