If you are going to allow further tading during the contest, there really is no point to an entrance date cut-off time.

Its more a limitation on keeping track.

And I gotta disagree. To start with cash now or invest now is each player's. If the market declines and every player that invested gets hit, someone who decides to enter later (claiming they held cash until they enter) won't have actually made the decision to hold cash.

And since most of us are invested, it doesn't seem fair that someone else may jump in on Feb 27th, buy a stock, and win just because the market declined from today until Feb 27th.
