Well, there's one piece of archeological evidence, a carving for the Pharaoh Merneptah that says something like "Israel is not; his seed is laid waste" or something like that. So, yes, it is an Egyptian document referring to Israel. But, given its context, it appears to refer to a war between Egypt and some group named Israel. That's far from anything talked about in the Exodus.

The Old Testament was written several hundred years after the Exodus supposedly took place, so you really can't use that for evidence of the Exodus.
