The Executive is supposed to *provide* the intelligence for the Legislature to *interpret* and to act on. It turns out that the Executive was "manufacturing* the intelligence and has duped the Legislature.

The best course for the Dems is to admit that they made a blunder and that they should have been a lot more careful before accepting what the LIAR in the White House told them. If they don't say that, then they ought to be kicked out by their own voters during the primaries. That will be a lot harder, if not impossible, for the Republican candidates to do.

I agree with you there anyway. Running around claiming Bush suckered them into carrying out the 1998 Iraq regime change policy is ridiculous.

Kinda hard to impeach a war president after congress gave him the 1998 policy to remove Saddam and the authorization to use force to remove Saddam.

How is Hillary these days? She knows what is going on....
