We already know who, it was a man by the name of Rocco Martino and the Italian SISMI, their military intelligence. What we don't know is why. The FBI and other groups seem to be curiously, ummm, uncurious when tasked with investigating it. Since Martino's name came up, no one has managed to actually talk to him about his role, despite Rocco being in country on several occasions... For good reason..........I think his English isn't very good!
