If you could understand that the response times for the coalition is in the order of a few days (logistics etc.) you would know that the insurgents would be long gone by the time an attack is underway. The only people who get killed are the people who can't ran away ie. those who live there, innocent civilians.

This will be another Vietnam. In fact, it already is. It will end the same way.
