re: This year Virginia tied with Utah as the best-managed state in the country, as rated by the Government Performance Project, an academic group. With the Democratic Party looking for a fresh face and a new direction, there is more than a little interest in what Warner plans to do when he leaves office in January.

The guy is obviously overqualified for the job of President.

Warner is very popular up there. In a traditionally extremely conservative state. I wouldn't be too surprised seeing a race between the two big Ms, Mark Warner and Michael Bloomberg some time.
