Footstep followers of Christ never got involved in politics of any kind. This fact seems to be lost on generations of nominal Christians that feel that Gods Kingdom (government) isn't real or has some other meaning. The Bible is full of passages that show that the earths leaders are in opposition to his will. Friendship with the world (getting involved in politics as an example) is enmity with God.And he will certainly render judgment among the nations and set matters straight respecting many peoples. And they will have to beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore.
