Well, maybe. I see your point, but I disagree. Today I read about epidemic addiction to ... ...gambling. One woman lost $60,000 to "comps" that the casinos offer up in order to get your money. Something for nothing. No glamour there. Yeah, right. deglamorizes the wrong choice.

but cigarette addiction like alcohol addiction is something you must deal with for the rest of your life.. I don't know about alcohol addiction, but cigarette addiction is something you can get over and forget about. I have talked to others who have climbed the same hill. I gave up for 3 yrs once, but then smoked another cigarette. Wrong move. I mustered the strength for another go some time later. The first year was bad but already getting better. Three years in and I was effectively cured. It's about seven years now (I don't keep a count anymore) and I am flying high as a kite on a cigarette free lifestyle. HMG did it for me.
