One woman lost $60,000 to "comps" that the casinos offer up in order to get your money. Something for nothing. No glamour there.

I don't know about alcohol addiction, but cigarette addiction is something you can get over and forget about. I have talked to others who have climbed the same hill. I gave up for 3 yrs once, but then smoked another cigarette. Wrong move.

I mustered the strength for another go some time later. The first year was bad but already getting better. Three years in and I was effectively cured.

It's about seven years now (I don't keep a count anymore) and I am flying high as a kite on a cigarette free lifestyle.

HMG did it for me.
