Tom, thanks. That helps in more ways than just a quote. How many borrowers do you think understood what you quoted? How many borrowers, after reading your post, would ask you what happens after the 2, what is the rate for the 28? How many borrowers would simply ask you what is their monthly payment? How many borrowers do you think are sitting in the 18th to 21st month of a 2-28 and have no clue that the notice of a 50% mortgage payment increase is around the corner? btw, do you send them any warning before the reset?
