Did he actually say there are no bubbles? Could Ahah be Larry Kudlow? Coastal housing in many markets is perhaps the greatest bubble we'll ever experience in our lifetimes. Values stretched to yield now 1-2% with top line rents actually flat to declining. Someone should check that PEG ratio relative to the dotbombs. It's almost a dead heat to the finish line<g>
