You are now a nincompoop. The following is right up there with your dumbest posts...unbelievable.

When Bush "won" in 2000 the market tanked. Except for oil and weapons type stocks. Cheney then came out and predicted a recession. He was basically trying to destroy the remains of the Clinton boom times and replace them with a "me first" economy for big corporations and fat cats.

I do not recall laughing at you so hard for days.

The market tanked prior to Bush winning, and prior to Bush doing anything, or Cheney even predicting a anything (and your ridiculous cause and effect inference here is noted, LOL).
