Is the office of the presidency flawed or 2 year congressional terms with no limits the problem.

Perhaps both but a 5 or 6 year one term rule across the board may help.

The three fatal problems I see are

1) Congress is run by lobbies and they are really writing the bills. Perhaps we should bar any donations over $1,000 and somehow restrict corporate lobbies in other ways as well.

2) There is no incentive for legislatures to reduce pork spending. No matter how silly the request people try and get money for their districts. The height of this absurdity is the bridge to nowhere in Alaska

3) No line item veto
