The major problems didn't occur in IRAQ til Ted Kennedy was quoted all over the Arab world saying we didn't belong there.

Take your pick for the blame; Ted Kennedy, France, Germany, United Nations, and finally 64% of the Americans (the various polls taken taken last week)
