In pure dollar amounts, yes. In real sacrifice, no. You can raise taxes beyond Clintonian levels and Soros would still be richer than 99.9999999% of the world. And Soros knows that, too.

By the way, do you know how Soros became rich in the first place? It wasn't because he invented a new business model like Michael Dell did.
