Pay as you go, baby. Bushies are the least fiscally conservative administration in the history of the United States. And they're not for smaller government either. They're for ballooning (but incompetent and corrupt) government. No accountability whatsoever. No maturity. No honesty. No restraint. Just spend spend spend and don't tax the rich of the oil companies. That's their credo.
