Yes, there are positives in Iraq; I am not arguing with that. My problem with Bush is that he is ONLY focused on the positives.....he is seemingly ignoring the negatives, of which there are MANY, MANY, MANY! The scripted news conference recently is a perfect example. According to every soldier interviewed, everything was hunk dory over there! This is entirely opposite from what I hear from my sources over there. Scripting a press conference will NEVER advance your cause in any meaningful way. Whoever is advising Bush at this point should be fired.
