Patentlaw, very good post. of course the CEO is guilty of being a very very poor business man. he has to step aside and let some guys take over who have business skills.

when I read your post, I'm getting reminded why I bought so heavy into MFIC. the thing is the following. MFIC's chances to become a huge success were sky high 12 months ago.

when I think about the facts what all went wrong in the last 12 months, I'm getting frustrated. if MFIC only would have made a tiny progress on any front, even if they only would have stayed flat in business, we all would have been fine if one bought around 2 dollars a share.

who could have foreseen this nightmare year? nobody. especially not with the forecasts from our master ceo. the big question is how this year will turn out to be. it seems that the q4 will be bad, but how bad is the question??

what I really don't believe Cuda is the following. you told us that the ceo told the audience at the rodman conference that MFIC has a clean and solid balance sheet. at this time he must have fully known the problem with the bank loan. he must have known that if the bank doesn't give MFIC a waiver, they have some solid liquidity problems. so how can he say anything like "we have a very healthy balance sheet" and also the statement with the "we are profitable on an operating basis", what the hell is this BS???
