Was mostly just Bubble, tawdry loan practices apologist drivel,such as job market is great, therefore we have no worries, even if housing prices retreat.

Talked to an appraiser in Vegas this AM. One of our borrowers has a false sense of his homes values. <ng>

Appraiser said inventory from 6K to 16K YOY, current prices down 10% from top and marketing time increasing rapidly.
