Russ, those are IO loans, not necessarily the teasers.

Forget IO loans. They are NOT the problem. The reset of a fully amortized loan is just as bad as the reset of an IO loan. The analysts who kept dwelling on the IO aspect is missing the boat.

We need to find out what percentage of those adjustables are due for reset within the next 6 months.
