Dictators don't give up power quietly. George III was thoroughly convinced that rabble in arms couldn't govern itself. They always have reason to keep their oppressions going. Let me see. Bush doesn't have the ear of the people nor their leaders. How was he planning to transform the ME into a democratic stronghold? Magic? Never mind........finally, Congress has asked him for a plan of how he intends to extract the US out of Iraq. Let's see how the brilliant Mr. Bush responds. Having said that, the old fairy tales of a democratic ME won't do......Americans are tired of those fables.
