I am perfectly aware some quotes were from the Clinton administration. Your point? That was in 1998, the war was in 2003. Things can, and do, change. Unless you want to claim that no new intelligence was developed from 1998 to 2003...

Which there certainly was. For example, there was considerable doubt in the intelligence community that Saddam was developing nuclear weapons. The UN inspection teams weren't turning up chemical weapons except for the ones they'd already sealed, and there was a lot of doubt that there were more to find. But the Bush administration sat on that information, so the Democrats didn't have the complete picture.
