Patron, It helps the budget deficits by making them larger, making the public realize that government cannot work. Ergo, when the Republicrooks have finished stealing all they can, they can shut down the government and retire to their estates with private roads and armies. The rule of government is an endangered species. Hello 19th Century Chinese warlord rule.
