I don't know when the Iraqi military can do the job themselves and I think you need to consider the consequences of the ME opinion if we cause a civil war that crosses several area borders because we just up and leave.

I think given the choices of bad or worse, I'll take bad - which in this case is complete the training and then ramp down.
