Cut the crap, paret. Nixon declared War on Drugs in the 1970s. We've really made progress, haven't we? The more you interdict supply, the higher prices will go and the higher profit margin is realized. This encourages others. A compromise is going to have to be found that actually can be nade to work. This ain't it.
