After reducing FAX this past spring, I started buying again yesterday. I have another simple strategy with FAX which I have owned for several years: reinvest dividends when FAX is at discount to NAV, take the cash when it is at NAV or a premium (seldom happens but does occasionally). The discount is my clue to buying and has worked for with fairly good success for sometime now. MP
