Only people with a political agenda would say they think he "mislead" which of course means lied. That he was/is the only one that knew (out of all the others like France, Hilly, Reid, Pelosi, Russia, Germany etc...)that SH lied about WMDs would make GWB the most incredibly deceitful person ever born.
