Well, I've asked him directly, twice, and he has ignored the question wholly. He wrote what he wrote, with its plain implication, and so he's got some 'splainin' to do, but refuses thus far. Another has informed him of the law on this, and he has not responded at all to that either. If I were in his shoes, and found that my words were so poorly written that others got the wrong idea about my intent in a situation like this, I'd respond quickly to correct my intent. He's been responding, but he fails this test. I won't, at this point, believe a word he says should he take your tact, it's too late. Dan B.
