Why don't you meditate at home? To start with you need a quiet place, to center- and I'm sure you have that at home, or at your office. The beauty of meditation is that you can do it anywhere- and if you are ever injured, or afraid, it's a great way to slow everything down, and calm yourself. JMO of course.

I didn't know people meditated on their knees. I learned at an office lunch-time program and then later as a participant in a study. Everybody sat.
