High energy prices are here to stay. Maybe Peru will have more sense than BC who is trying to sell Terasen to the Yanks.

Frankly I think Chavez has the right idea. In other words, if Peru was given a better deal on these projects then they might be more inclined to move on some of them? It has always been that Americans, Canadians and Australians go into these countries and pillage their resources. It has to stop. Now that resources are running dry expect these countries to look after their own interests first. There is nothing wrong with this.
