CXTI ... remember very recently this one was trading in the $.80s for several days after that weirdo $6 mil financing that appeared to be leading to serious dilution. We questioned why the company needed the cash so bad that it was willing to give away so many shares. My question now is, if the lender had optioned for shares during a 5-day window back then (about 2 weeks ago), would it be public knowledge now? If they didn't exercise the option, they got greedy expecting the price to keep falling (remember the deal was volume-weighted 5-day average and the volume then was sky high), and have prevented the degree of dilution that we thought was coming.
