Saddam WAS in a box. Even Cheney said so in 2002. Quit parroting the 2003 Bushie lies. They were fabrications to make excuses for a policy which had already decided to invade and occupy no matter what. Bush-Cheney were not straight with the American people or congress, and even worse, they totally mis-planned the war and let it turn into a costly quagmire. Grounds for dismissal.
