Silver can save your life literally. Gold can't.

And who gives a rats ass what the FDA says? Colloidal silver can be made by anyone. But too many people are saying it is good for things that it isn't. Thats dangerous BUT so is the CRAP that one sees advertised on TV that you are supposed to "ask your doctor if its right for you". Most of this new crap is far more dangerous than silver. If the FDA approves it...BEWARE!

in fact some recent gov't studies have shown that silver is indeed anti-bacterial, as lore always told us. patent medications have silver in them from 1930, and silver nitrate in the eyes of newborns helps prevent blindness from chlamidia. like green mold from bread, used for a millenia by peasants to cure infected wounds, the med community finds out late about efficacy.

silver nitrate is of course not just silver. its efficacy has much to do with the fact that it is a nitrate.

(personally I don't trust many studies done by gov't. Bad controls and not long enough time line to see effects often. I have seen many cases where all kinds of people did studies and showed supposedly no effect to certain processes and chemicals, and in fact it ran counter to my experience and others.)

it appears that silver bactericides are often used in solution too.
