<<31.1%????>>

Glad you asked, Freep.......(anything you ever wanted to know about TA but were too afraid to ask....gg).

Theory is...........we'll go up from the breakout point exactly the same distance as the width of the Triangle at its lowest low ON A SEMI-LOG CHART...If I had the proper graph paper, properly marked off, etc., I could just draw that in, and see to what price it took me.......In the absence thereof, forced to measure the percentage the width rises from the lowest low , and apply the same percentage rise from the breakout point...

In the case at hand, the width of the triangle was 9.42 points......above the lowest low which was 30.30.......and voila 9.42 equals 31.1% of 30.30!

Difficult to spell these things out, but hope that was clear enough.......As you know, the facts of life sometimes a little difficult to explain clearly, rationally, etc.......LOL
