"Show me the clause of the federal Constitution that gives it any rights in the question of what anyone puts in their bodies. I failed to find it."

It took a Constitutional amendment to allow the Federal government to BAN one substance (alcohol)... and then it took ANOTHER Constitutional amendment to un-ban it.

What gave the Feds the legal authority to ban other substances (in the Drug Act of 1970)?

Was there ANOTHER Constitutional amendment???????

No.

Only one thing was different: a LIBERAL Supreme Court which upheld the unconstitutional massive increase in federal POWERS.

I consider this a non-issue because no political party is discussing it, but on a different note, people ran from the east to west to get away from government.
