You just have to convince the people

In the case of impeachment, only the Congress can do that. The current Congress is of course a republican congress. They won't even investigate the many crimes that are apparent to most.

My guess is that in the 2006 election, we will see a lot of republican candidates distancing themselves from Bush. Bush should be glad for it too, because if the Congress goes democrat, then we will finally get a chance to investigate what really happened.
