"It's considered bad form for a former to criticize a sitting President."

Maybe. But Sir Bush the Old didn't particularly follow this rule during the Clinton administration.

More importantly, I'd like to see what was what was in the classified documents that 'ol Sandy Berger destroyed to protect his old boss. Wouldn't you?

re: Clinton has great instincts. He knows when to go in for the kill. It might not be too long before things really start to change.

It's considered bad form for a former to criticize a sitting President. Both Clinton and Carter have been breaking the rule... some even say Bush 1 is using others to criticize Bush 2. But they all try to walk a fine line.

It is? That explains why every former president is so careful.

I would like to hear what Clinton says in private.

Clinton has problems with his brain when it comes to his wink-a-dink but on everything else, his brain works real well. I suspect in private he has quite a lot to say on the subject.

I would like to hear what Clinton says in private.

When you do, ask him what was in those classified papers Sandy Berger stole and destroyed for him...
