Very plausible. I'd never thought of TELK as a momentum stock, but that sudden run does have the hallmarks, doesn't it.

FWIW, I have it on my potential take over screen, but I can't remember now why I put it there.

I'll be guided by the action at the close to decide whether to bail or not. It used to be one of my faves but I disembarked about a year or more ago

Maybe it is a momentum play. Or just maybe the market is recognizing the dovetailing of information leading to the conclusion that the probablility of Telk having two blockbuster drugs has risen dramatically with the release of the Telintra abstract and the realization of the liklihood that Telcyta was extending the survival rates in ovarian and lung. Did you hear the questioner at the CSFB conference practically implore Wick to acknowledge that the delay in "event" occurrence must mean that Telcyta is working?
