[Characterization of the Mas-related gene family: structural and functional conservation of human and rhesus MrgX receptors]

This is now a full text freebie:

Haven't seen much about ER-beta and pain, while PAR-2 seems to have many roles. If there are subtypes of ER-Beta & PAR-2 that are more selectively involved in pain, I haven't found the references. There's a boat load of folks working with those receptors (though not many looking at pain wrt ER-Beta), while research into the MrgX family is still limited. Reading tea leaves (not like the website waxes effusive about preclinical programs), I'd guess the MrgX program would be the most interesting to Acadia at this point. Might have to go hunting in the patent database to see if anything there points to a direction among the possibilities.

Cheers, Tuck
