When you look at the projected population gains for metro Dallas/Ft Worth over the next two decades the city centre will benefit enormously. With tons of cheap land on the fringe, high job creation, overpriced coastal markets and hurricanes in other areas of the southeast and you are looking at a population rivaling Chicago. For now is is still mediocre and priced for perfection. Most new age RE moguls won't survive the next downturn.
