My final comment on this: This other poster questioned my veracity some time ago, and I immediately challenged him. After suffering his repeatedly false accusations, I quizzed him on his profile - and you can ask him about the topics (or look it up on SI). Now he made another false accusation against me, and I rubbed a little salt in an old wound. I am still a registered Republican. See George Will's column for another Republican upset at the religious extremists and spendthrifts in government - more and more fiscally conservative, moderate Republicans are speaking out. Hopefully we will take back the party - until then, I will more often than not support 3rd party or Democrat candidates.
